• Micro Analysis- Collecting various daily samples at every 2 hours and performing microbial analysis for each sample.
• Calibrate equipment once in a day as per the calibration standard.
• Water Testing- Testing and verification of water. Such as TDS, turbidity, PH, water temperature, ozone, weight and any special customer request test.
• Create non-conformances report for any raw material, finished product material if they are out of specification from requirement and take appropriate actions to resolve.
