· My Duties included but were not limited to
· I recorded and maintained the financial transactions and recorded the data into general ledgers used to produce the balance sheet and income statement
· I operated the offices daily
· I collected all mail and prepared it for Board meeting presentation
· I calculated a yearly budget and administered it on a quarter report basis to the Board

· Initiated a Community Partnership with the Town of Portugal Cove-St Phillips to allow a kinder-start program for young children in the community to swim in the facility pools and learn the importance of maintaining a clean habitat and the relationship of insect, plant life and the fish in the pond and spawning beds
· Initiated a Community Outreach Program supporting our Military, our Seniors, and other Community groups and local schools to promote a pride of “ownership” throughout the community
· Identified and implemented a full Standardized Recipe booklet for all Food and beverage Product Preparations and trained all staff the importance of following the recipes consistently

· Distributed FST and WST Manual and trained all Employees

· Attained Training and then mentored all staff in the importance of maintaining a healthy habitat for the preservation of the wetlands and ponds within our facility.
· Began an Asset Management Program for the Board of Directors of all facility Assets and assisted in the End-of-Life Liquidation and Procurement of Replacement Assets
· Recorded and maintained a record of all member visits, events attended, food and beverages charged to their accounts and compiled their monthly bills and took payment
· Recorded the dates and areas of the pond that all trout caught, by which members and what type of fly was used
