Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a powerful tool for building strong character. BJJ Practitioner's develop essential qualities through discipline, perseverance, respect, confidence, humility, focus, sportsmanship, calmness under pressure and goal setting.

I am actively involved in the well-being of others, by providing critically needed support, communication and guidance to give to individuals requiring help and assistance in overcoming their personal challenges.

Brown Bagging for Kids

My favorite local cause which I support, financially and as a volunteer, is "Brown Bagging for Kids".

BB4Kids is a program that helps feed Children experiencing food insecurities and simple nutritious lunches for school, who otherwise would go hungry.

One in ten households in Alberta experience food insecurity and access to food due to financial constraint.

The problem is growing. Research shows that food insecurity in children is strongly linked to mental health problems and behavioral issues.
We are helping to make a difference in over 65% of Calgary’s schools.
