• Led the fundraising programs to fund programs/resources/facilities that were not funded by the government. Each year, I led three fundraising campaigns that provided the school with their maximum allowed fundraising amount at $50,000.

Teacher appreciation programs, quarterly lunches and extra and above budgets to allow teachers to engage their students with better tools.

• Led a team of 60 Advanced certified first aid responders along with four Assistant Patrol leaders, who led their respective teams of 15 Ski patroller's.
• Negotiated the Contract with CSP and Craigleith Ski Club yearly.
• Transitioned the new CSP brand launch within Craigleith Ski Patrol.
• Negotiated a New Medical building facility and advised building plan layout with the architect engineer.
