Required Production: Filled Macaron Cookies, Eclairs, Lemon Meringue Tarts (to complete in 6 hours)
-Evaluated on timing, make up procedures, uniformity, methods of finishing, baking, taste, texture and presentation, workplace safety, sanitation, hygiene, effective use of ingredients and organization.
For a NAIT first year Baking and Pastry Arts student on the basis of high academic achievement in BAKG1011 - Introduction to Chocolate (Best in Chocolate).
For students entering the NAIT Baking and Pastry Arts program. Based on academic achievement on marks used to enter the program.
