Spent 150 hours of clinical experience in the emergency department, medical surgical unit, telemetry unit, and intensive care unit refreshing all major nursing skills such as documentation through EPIC, IV starts and management, administering medications, performing head-to-toe assessments, using purewick female catheter, placing straight and foley catheters, wound care, patient education, and various other nursing tasks.

This class also entailed a theory section where time was spent in the classroom learning the latest in nursing care with a focus on writing care plans, performing case scenarios, and proper documentation.

• Circulated as Operating Room Nurse for surgical procedures.
