Successfully led and drove several business reviews - Tactics workshop, ITT Review, Value Protection Workshop, DNA Analysis within a multidisciplinary and multicultural community with the purpose of ensuring value creation and harnessing all commercial opportunities in line with project objectives which has led to significant CAPEX reduction of up to 15% across projects i have worked,

Delivered DG3 for the Bonga North project and banked USD20mln in Supply Chain Transformation savings as part of the project competitiveness and viability reviews

Worked with global teams and drove several procurement and supply chain improvements in strategy selection, category and supplier management, audit and assurance while ensuring Shell teams across the region utilize global best practices and lessons learnt in formulating, and managing projects, contracts pre and post award.

Developed and negotiated contract terms and conditions specifically for EPC contracts, including subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders in design and engineering, construction, fabrication, professional services on a lump sum, unit rates, and cost reimbursable basis and negotiated same with tenderers.

• Developed competitive contracting strategies, implemented and managed post award, over 100 operational, tactical and strategic contracts with a headline size of over $500mln in Production, Asset Maintenance, Offshore Wells/Rigs, Geosciences and Corporate Services in the Land, Swamp and Deepwater assets for Shell Nigeria
• Negotiated and derived a cumulative savings and cost avoidance of over $70mln across the tactical and strategic contracts managed using several value engineering and improvement strategies
• Led a network of Contract Holders, internal and external stakeholders for several technical/commercial evaluations and conducted several technical site visits across different continents to ascertain the technical experience and capability of the bidders.
• Developed and maintained several supplier manager relationships (International Service Companies) in the Deepwater Offshore Wells space for a period of 5 years for all Well engineering contracts, reinforced the requisite controls into the contract and ensured full performance in line with the agreed contract T&Cs and drove several business performance review to measure the performance and mitigate contract performance risks.
• Led a Procurements project team aimed at securing opportunities available for optimization of the tail end spend, ensuring security of supply by closing the supply gap/OEM-Agency gap within Nigeria for critical operations and maintenance materials, Received JV partner blanket approval for a long term price agreements with OEM Agents and Super Agents.
• Led procurement and contracts activities for 3 major deepwater offshore turnaround maintenance activities for Long Lead Items for the Bonga Main FPSO supporting preparing of requisitions, analysis of bids, preparation of purchase order terms and conditions, incoterms management, and expediting while aligning with the turnaround schedules.
• Managed more than fifty (50) claims and a hundred (100) change orders while ensuring value protection for the company. This has earned the company more than $1million in savings on several contract categories.
• Implemented several price agreement and master services agreement with several OEM in-country representatives and super agents which led to cost and schedule reduction while contributing to a reduction in the unit operating cost for the company.
• Earned more than 10 special recognition awards for several initiatives and performance.

• Service audit, Investigation and reconciliation of customer transactions put on enquiry
• Investigation of fraudulent and fraud related transactions and making appropriate recommendations to the Group Head
• Designing standard operating procedures, manuals and process flow for the bank’s operations with the use of process maps

• Rendition of FX utilization returns to the Central Bank of Nigeria on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using the electronic Financial Analysis Surveillance System (eFASS) jointly designed with the IT department.
• Investigation and review of Foreign Operations Transactions.
• Preparation of Status report on letters of credit transactions as well as call over of correspondent bank transaction tickets.
• Reconciliation of GL accounts, Western Union ledgers bank-wide.
