Co-led the design and strategic development of VisitWell, a mobile app prototype addressing language barriers in healthcare for immigrant patients., Pitched the solution to Red Thread Innovations, earning second place overall in their Capstone Collaboration with Sheridan College., Collaborated with a team of 6 designers to co-lead the research and stakeholder interview process, translating insights into user personas and actionable goals., Conducted usability testing to validate the prototype’s effectiveness, accessibility, and cultural sensitivity through iterative feedback.
