Senior Director of Global Upgrades
- Lead a global program to upgrade customers to CisionOne, leveraging the Comms Cloud platform to drive retention, growth, and improved NPS, CSAT, and CES across regions.
- Spearhead Cision's global Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiative, centralizing feedback and fostering collaboration across product, CX, marketing, and sales teams.
- Manage cross-functional teams and oversee 50+ contractors to ensure successful program implementation.
- Partner with product management to advocate for customer-driven roadmap items, contributing to GRR and NRR goals.
- Collaborate with the ELT to align programs with CEO and company objectives.
