I believe I will be a great fit for this position, I have a good understanding of the daily operations of dry storage and respected by my team treating everyone equally. I would like an opportunity to create a strong dry storage team on evening shift under my supervision. Being in this role would also free up more time for me to focus on helping my team improve their skills and knowledge they bring to dry storage. As a supervisor I’m also skilled forklift operator who can offer help if ever short handed, I love driving forklift and would like to continue to improve those skills. I do believe this will be an easy transition for me. My ultimate goal is to have my team run as smoothly as possible eliminating any down times of production on dry storage’s behalf.
