• On-site visits with general contractors to discuss mobilization and long-term schedule.
• Assisted in the development of LTS with other project managers within the company.

• Facilitated communication between project team members by organizing meetings, conference calls, and status updates.
• Contributed to the growth of the company from bringing in new clientele to bringing in revenue. Brought the company from making 100K to 350k+
• Help develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables under the guidance of a senior project manager.
• Keep detailed records of project activities, decisions made, and changes to the project scope or schedule.
• Performed administrative duties such as invoicing, expense reporting, and contract administration as needed.
• Trade-specific Junior Project Manager, although the job duties changed, made sure to be onsite and on the tools making sure the quality of the product never decreased.

• Responsible for conducting morning meetings with all the employees onsite. Record Minutes and go over design plans.
• Schedule Management: Organize the daily work schedule and assign tasks to crew members based on their skills and project needs.
• Material and Equipment Check: Ensure all necessary materials (like concrete, rebar, and tools) are on site and ready for use. Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• On-site Supervision: Conduct regular safety checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety among crew members., provide all safety equipment to all crew members as well as schedule certifications for crew members.
• Handle any on-site problems that arise, such as weather issues, equipment failures, or delays in materials. Making quick decisions to keep the project on track.
• Assist in Concrete Formwork; primarily focusing on constructing planters, sidewalks, driveways, slabs, stairs, and patios.

• Responsible for the smooth finishing and detailing of poured concrete surfaces.
• Worked with various pumping companies for placing concrete, slab pours, stair cores, elevator shafts, driveways, and sidewalks among other specific concrete pours.
• Specialized in broom finishes and decorative concrete finishing such as stamped concrete, exposed aggregate concrete finish.
• Responsible for saw cutting, and concrete sealing newly placed concrete.
• Build relationships with Concrete Suppliers.
