Projects

Robotics Training – Developed and delivered training for automation technicians and area managers for Kuka and Kawasaki robots. Training focused on fault recovery, motion programming and skills required to read and understand program sequences.

HMI Standards – Proposed and implemented an HMI standard to improve operator efficiency in identifying machine failures. Using available online research in this field we were able to save hundreds of hours in troubleshooting time throughout Narmco facilities each year.

Mig Cell Efficiency – carefully studied and proved the inefficiency of a high volume weld assembly cell for the purpose of replacement. Studied the waste of consumables, increase of re-workable parts and extra run time required from press lines with the purpose of identifying overall efficiency of a cell using obsolete equipment.

Additional Information

Training and developing individuals is a passion of mine. I have spent 9 years recruiting and training Automation Technicians for the Narmco Group but my passion for teaching goes beyond my daily work responsibilities. I have volunteered as a director for LaSalle Minor Hockey and been a Head Coach for the past 7 years. Developing plans and guiding people to achieve their goals is something I take great pride in.
