Product Designing and Development, The product was designed on AutoCAD for a base reference. The complete product is made after considering design criteria. The developed product is compact and easy to use, including four components: an electrolysis unit, gas regulation unit, piping, and power supply unit. Product Testing and Instrumentation, The product was successfully tested on a 4-stroke SI engine of Maruti Van 800cc. The product was installed and readings of the experiment were taken and got desired out. increment in efficiency by up to 10 percent, reduced carbon emission, and less fuel consumption
