• Negotiating media campaigns directly with sales representatives.
• Handling assigned campaigns and purchasing media according to campaign parameters.
• Requesting proposals/submissions for new campaigns from media partners/vendors.
• Develop media schedules and identify top stations/programs that satisfy campaign parameters and brand objectives with budgets of around 200,000 or more.
• Upload media buys into a proprietary system (MediaOcean) and track changes/shifts/cancellations with a high level of accuracy.
• Solving and clearing billing discrepancies/queries responsibly and managing BCR report in a timely manner.
• Negotiate compensation as required.
• Buy Brief meeting with the planning team.
• Assist with training junior employees on tools and processes.

Clients: Uber, CIBC, Canadian Blood Services (CBS), Ontario Colleges.

• With proper communication with the planning team addressing market concerns, timing, and brand attribution.
• Preparing and presenting pre-buy and post-buy reports.
• Execute any revisions to the media buy.
• Assist buyer/senior buyers in inputting buys in the proprietary system.
• Using Nlogic proprietary tools such as Lens to get the program and stations rankings.

Clients: Uber, Signet, CIBC, Canadian blood Services (CBS), Ontario Colleges.

• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquires by building excellent rapport and confidence, identifying their needs, taking strategic action in a timely manner.
• Provide customer support through active listening on every interaction while adjusting the support approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience.
