Review the drawing and analyze the dimensions profiles and know the critical parts of the work piece. If the program already exist, i will use the existing program to minimize the work time. Load all the cutters and fixtures to the CNC Machine MAZAK or FANUC. Load the work piece. Get the origin or the coordinates of the workpiece according to tge program. Load the Program and run it. I assure that I will the OPTIONAL STOP and SINGLE BLOCK on the first piece for the assurance and safety of the tools as well as the cutters. After finishing the first piece make sure that their is no bottom operation or side operation. After finishing all the operstions in the program unload the work piece and deburr all the unnecessary sharp edges.
