- My responsibilities involve garnishing cocktails, preparing cocktail ingredients, and all related components.
- During the opening shifts, I took charge of prepping the bar. This included creating a list of booze we needed, setting up the bar, and making sure the fridges were fully stocked.
- Throughout the shift, my focus was on supporting my bartenders. From keeping their glassware spotless to making sure they weren't starving, I aimed to create a vibe that allowed them to provide top-notch service to our customers.
- I also handled floor bussing and made sure the food was running smoothly.
- At the end of the night, I wrapped things up with the closing routine – cleaning all surfaces and bar tools to leave everything spick and span for the next shift.
