I was responsible for knowing and addressing each guest by name and treating them to a pampered resort experience. Upon check in I gave a tour then served a snack. In the evening I provided room service and turn down service. In the morning I did wake up calls, room service, and check outs. I helped prepare a d serve a 3 course meal then cleaned up. I would continue check outs, prepare lunches and daily plans for guest who stayed, and ensure a quality experience all around.
