  • As a babysitter of kids aged 1, 8, 9, and 10, what I do on a daily basis is make sure they are fed when they get dropped off at my house. If not, I offer them something for breakfast, whether it's eggs, pancakes, waffles, or anything else, but I always make sure they are fed. I have a place in my house that is for the kids to play. I like to make sure I don't always have the kids watching TV; I like them to be active, being outside and playing with the other kids. I also always make sure the babies are changed when they are supposed to, feed them when it's time, and put them to sleep. Babies are the ones I have my eye on the most because they are always running around, but they have to have their fun too. I am organizing playdates with other children and providing supervision during outdoor activities. Teaching good manners by setting clear expectations for behavior in various settings. Maintaining a positive attitude while being patient and understanding with the children, I recognize that they are kids and need to be understood. However, I also have to teach them to have good and proper manners. Instead of getting mad or anything, I usually talk to them about what is right and what is wrong.
