I have been running the chainsaw for the hand crew for over 4 years and I have been teaching other members on how to operate the chainsaw for over a year. I have gained a magnitude of experience on this crew from working on the Dixie Fire, Caldor Fire, Fawn Fire, Electra Fire, McKinney Fire, Mosquito Fire and numerous initial attack fires in county. I performed duties including constructing hand line, mop up, tree falling, constructing contingency line, burn operations, prescribed burns, fuel breaks and emergency rescues.
