My Job description was loss prevention. In addition, I was also tasked with sales expectations, recovery, customer service, and janitorial duties during my shifts. My position consisted of keeping a close eye on customers while multitasking while assisting customers with my area and making them feel welcome in the store. I would report missing merchandise to a system connected with all the BootBarns in the area and would conduct research on other stores' loss prevention reports. During my time in this occupation, I exceeded expectations for my position in sales in my zone which was the hats; I would recover any merchandise that was out of its area and clean up during closing shifts to ensure a clean environment for everyone. BootBarn has been helpful with connecting with new people and helping others as I was able to communicate with new people every day. I consider myself a patient person as I have dealt with some difficult customers, I understand that everyone has bad days and can be understanding of their situation.
