Document Management and Capture
Preparation and capture of petitions: Prepare and review the tax document (pediment) in accordance with Annex 22 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade.
File control: Assemble and maintain digital and physical files of each import or export operation.
Digitization and COVE: Capture Electronic Vouchers (COVE) and digitize the necessary documents for the Single Window (VUCEM).
2. Regulatory Compliance (Compliance)
RRNA Verification: Ensure compliance with Non-Tarding Regulations and Restrictions, such as permits from the Ministry of Economy, labeling NOMs, or phytosanitary certificates.
Tariff classification: Advise or validate the correct classification of goods according to the TIGIE to determine the taxes to be paid.
Calculation of contributions: Determine the exact amount of foreign trade taxes (IGI, VAT, DTA, etc.) and compensatory quotas.
3. Operational and Logistics Coordination
Dispatch tracking: Monitor the status of the goods from their arrival to their release, including monitoring of modulations (fiscal traffic light: green or red).
Relationship with third parties: Coordinate maneuvers with carriers, shipping companies (revalidations), warehouses and logistics suppliers.
Customer service: Constantly inform the customer about the status of their shipments and solve operational incidents proactively.

Payment management: Ask the client for funds to pay taxes and advances for third-party expenses.
