• Automated A|B test monitoring via a Python script, which queried database, processed data, and evaluated z-scores using Group Sequential methodology to probabilistically determine wins, optimizing to a given false positive rate

• Leading the newest feature's analysis - ideation, exploration, refinement, and storytelling at a company All-Hands meeting
• Planning robust instrumentation to track user activity, to arm our analyses and ultimately guide the product roadmap
• With the launch of several new features, setting KPIs, and setting up self-service dashboard to monitor results
• Using Machine Learning techniques on an imbalanced dataset to classify free users by their likelihood to convert to paid

• Joining performance by os version to the scraped minimum os versions from Play Store
• Setting best practice and automating the analysis of incrementality using a two-proportion T-test

In addition to the responsibilities at Manage, I became a reporting and analytics expert for the Americas app install commercial team, taking on analyses such as:

• Writing and maintaining Python scripts in support of reporting and projecting needs
• Setting up ETL processes for ingesting, processing, and uploading data for social media client
• Creating data visualization dashboards (Tableau, Zeppelin)
• User behavior and Inventory insights for optimization

In Oct 2018, Manage was successfully acquired by Criteo to expand the company's App Install product

• Analysis across exchanges, campaigns, publishers, etc, finding and executing optimizations for client and internal ROI
• Owning internal & external reporting tools for performance, user, and revenue analysis (Tableau, Excel, SQL)
