  • Worked on multiple large multi-family housing projects on heating, gas, domestic water distribution, drainage, underground sewer drainage, sump pump installation.
  • Had the opportunity to build two separate district energy rooms on projects we worked on in Richmond, BC as well as various mechanical rooms.
  • Installed boilers and hot water tanks.
  • Worked on copper domestic water systems with extruded copper t's requiring soldering, brazing. As well as working on installation of more modern stainless steel systems.
  • Cut and grooved various sized materials on-site from 2" copper to 10" black iron pipe.
  • Worked on layout of parkade drainage systems as well as installation.
  • Interpreted blueprints to determine materials required.
  • Operated various pieces of heavy equipment including bobcats, forklifts, scissor lifts, and telehandlers, and boom lifts.
  • Installed various fixtures in finished units, including but not limited to fridges, toilets, faucets, handheld sprayer assemblies, and dishwashers.
  • Engaged in all aspects of testing piping systems from pressure testing domestic water and heating systems to air/water testing cast iron drainage systems.

I am an energetic, hard working father to two beautiful girls. I love spending time with family, and doing anything outdoors. With a special passion for internal combustion engines and motorsports. Ive grown up in the lower mainland my whole life but know the Okanagan well as i spent many summers at Tuc-El-Nuit lake as a kid. I look forward to settling down and growing roots in the area with my family.
