Hobbies

Founder of Bridge City Barbell. Coaching Powerlifting and Personal Training, working with all types of clients. I‘m a competitive Powerlifter lifting in the Canadian Powerlifting Union which the choice federation for Drug Free Sport in Canada. After being involved in the sport of powerlifting for 10 years, I've attained the #1 pound-for-pound male lifter title in the history of Saskatchewan Powerlifting.


After creating and registering the club with the Saskatchewan Powerlifting Association, and working along side 3 other coaches, and Training up to 50 athletes and preparing them for local, Provincial, National and International competitions. I've had the privilege of accompanying athletes competing at the World Bench Press Championships in Japan, North American Powerlifting Championships in Costa Rica, Panama and Mexico, and the Commonwealth Championships in St. Johns Newfoundland.
