R6 Fab Shop was in charge of advanced formwork pre-fab for every segment of the Dam. Large work packages, mainly EFCO gang forms, radius forms, block-outs, Soffit decks, templates, as well as any requests from safety, environmental, and subtrades. Reading and understanding advanced blueprints and being in close communication with each segments engineers and superintendents to ensure accuracy and changes needs. Running multiple crews on different stages to maintain schedules, organization and safety was a key component of the job.

Team leader for multiple supervisors on BBWWTP project. Heavy infrastructure, earthworks, maintenance, and deficiencies, as well as self preforming rebar installation and concrete finishing.

Working closely with foremans/supervisors and site superintendents on; Grade beams, footings and walls, underground parkades, and hockey bleachers. Working with midsize to small crews helping with layout for foundations and elevations of shoring.

Applying team leadership and organization of material and crews, delegating schedules for multiple sites in different stages of construction. Being a voice in sub trade / safety meetings and ensuring efficiency, quality and safe working environment for all trades. General form works, under ground parkades, mid rise buildings, elevator shafts, stair shafts, stairs, grade beams, slabs, pads, earthworks, concrete removal.
