- Leading interdepartmental teams to enhance operational efficiency and process improvements. Working with maintenance, quality, planning, scheduling, logistics, inventory to improve the processes for goal alignments based off the the businesses goals.
- Coordinating a training program for new team members to ensure compliance with safety and operation standards. Also the team member skill building through production line cross training.
- Analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. By reviewing the daily wins and improvements needed to win the next 24 hours.
