Daniel Dismang

For approximately 9 years, I have worked as a Senior Technician and Field Technician. I have worked across a diverse range of projects for city, county, and state agencies, including (1) the Water District Projects in which I was involved in various water infrastructure improvements and maintenance, (2) City and County Street Rehabilitation where I worked on the repair and upgrade of street infrastructure, including paving and surface restoration, (3) School District Projects in which i was engaged in construction and renovation projects for educational facilities, and (4) Renewable Transmission Projects in which I participated in projects related to enhancing transmission infrastructure to support renewable energy. I had many responsibilities. As a Senior Technician, I oversaw technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and standards. I identified and documented discrepancies, providing recommendations for corrective actions. As a Field technician, I performed on-site technical tasks including soil testing, material sampling, and equipment calibration, as well as, assisting with daily site operations and provided technical support to project teams. I had many key contributions. For example, I maintained quality assurance by ensuring the quality and safety of construction work through rigorous inspections and testing. As far as documentation, I created detailed reported and maintained accurate records of inspections, testing, and project progress. For collaboration, I worked closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes. My broad experience and varied roles demonstrate a strong capability in managing and executing technical and inspection tasks across multiple types of infrastructure projects.
