I was responsible for scheduling trades, attending meetings with the client keeping all project managers and coordinators up-to-date making sure the project was following exact specifications and details on the as-built drawings. I was also responsible for dealing with the client and all their concerns and needs regarding the completion of the project and dealing with fixing deficiencies for the project to reach substantial completion. I was responsible and completed multiple seven figure projects. All on time and to complete satisfaction of the client I am familiar with reading architectural drawings, as well as mechanical, structural, and electrical drawings. I was also responsible for filling daily logs on Procore and kept all my documentation every day of every project updated daily. I also have heavy experience and mechanical renovations, as well as have done and completed successfully 4 crane lifts with AMERHEARST maintaining safety on my sites as top priority.

At Velorez Renovations, I was a taper framer and Boardman for three years. At this company, I learned and gained experience in residential renovations. this helped me visualize in person how construction is really done as well as learn a skilled trade. another important factor that I also learned is how to work safe with all PPE.
