  • Contributed to the development and adoption of a new Workforce Planning capability powered by people data.
  • Designed and led workshops with 25+ Business Leaders and key stakeholders to translate and quantify how the new enterprise-wide strategic direction would impact the workforce
  • Evaluated the Workforce Insights Tool in place and provided detailed feedback on its compatibility to the newly developed Workforce Planning Capability.
  • Developed a Workforce Analysis tool to activate the Workforce Planning capability with potential to improve through a feedback based on the maturity of the capability and the users' experience.

  • Collaborated with the Advanced Analytics department to build a Workforce Analytics tool powered by GenAI to conduct an enterprise-wide Workforce Analysis on the potential for GenAI to disrupt the workforce.
  • Informed and developed 3 different Gen AI disruption scenarios, workforce strategy recommendations for each, and their broader financial and talent organizational impacts.
  • Developed a framework to leverage AI to identify critical skills of the future.
  • Created an executive level report and advised Senior Leaders to summarize findings across scenarios and final recommendations.


Skills Gap Analysis across Crown Corporation, Public Service Provider, and Provincial Gaming Organization:
