As a Cpl HRA, my duties include but are not limited to the fol:
Promoting cooperation and teamwork within the OR environment, working effectively with all members of the OR displaying respect for all persons consistently
(2) Accepting and demonstrating support to all changes in a positive manner. Providing suggestions for improvements to customer service to COC IOT identify shortfalls and streamline processes
(3) Independently research publications and resources to solve problems at your level, when in doubt, seek guidance from supervisor. Remain calm and effective under pressure
(4) Only make decisions you are authorized to make, base decisions on provided SOPs and experience. Engage coworkers or supervisor if unsure of policy or directives. Ensure decisions always reflect the CF Core Values and DND Ethics
(5) Properly manage priorities so tasks are completed accurately and on time. Organize workload efficiently. When deadlines cannot be met, advise supervisor immediately
(6) Carefully review work before submission. Be capable of conversing with all rank levels in a tactful, polite, professional manner free of HRA lingo and acronyms. Seek opportunities to improve written and verbal skills in both official languages. Have a complete understanding of all forms related to the proper administration of CAF members
(7) Maintain a strong understanding of pay and records procedures. When changes are promulgated, incorporate those changes immediately. Maintain a high standard of document control and attention to detail when performing daily tasks
(8) Do not shy from challenges. Learn from your mistakes. Do not hesitate to take responsibility for any mistakes that you make, make every effort to rectify errors
(9) Promote a safe environment and ensure all classified material is properly secured and / or disposed according to RODs. Embrace the CAF Core Ethics and Values; and

(2) Process in and out routines
(3) Process leave administration
(4) Process Disciplinary Administration
(5) Process Remedial Measures
(6) Process Posting/Transfer Messages
(7) Process Medals Administration
(8) Process Res F Employment Administration
(9) Process Rank Change Administration
(10) Process RPSR and CCPS administration to include inquiries and payments
(11) Initiate CF 52s
(12) Process Deployment Administration
(13) Process ARV documentation
(14) Process Life Event documentation
(15) Process CR
(16) Front Desk duties; and
(17) Comply with PACE administration.
