- Defining, documenting, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Manual based on ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, & ISO 13485:2016, that documents quality control requirements for manufacturing & assembling flexible, and rigid-flex printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Play a key role in Incoming Quality Control (IQC), including monitoring supplier non-conformances, initiating SCARs, and supporting resolution through to closure
- Heavily involved in In-Process QC (IPQC), Including monitoring company wide processes, conducting yield & defect analysis, initiating CARs, and supporting resolutions through to closure
- Consistently working with cross-functional teams that consist of suppliers, and customers to produce, implement, and verify 8D Elements, for customer NCRs and RMAs, by utilizing Quality Tools such as FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (5Whys, Fish Bone).
