  • I successfully launched the Essential Caregiver Program, recruiting 120 Caregivers, training 400 individuals, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and gain national recognition. My achievements led me to be invited as a consultant for other agencies, with my expertise showcased in educational materials by the Ontario Caregiver Association. This project is the pinnacle of my career.
  • As an early adopter of RAI MDS, I used a proactive approach to address staff concerns and increase understanding, resulting in above-average funding margins. This success led to consultancy work with Rural Northern Hospitals, where I developed tools and practices for long-term success.
