• As Captain, assembled a district wide team to create the first ever 12th District Sergeant Symposium. In conjunction, assembled a district wide team to create a Sergeant Career and Skill Development Program.

Over 18 months, processes, policy improvement and training took place for a perfect peer review of the office which subsequently led to a perfect Board Audit in 2023.
