• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, either in-person or drive-thru.

Food and Beverage Preparation:

• prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, espresso drinks) and baked goods.
• Assemble orders accurately, ensuring customers get exactly what they requested

Cashier and POS System:

• Ensure all transactions are processed quickly and efficiently.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper cash handling procedures.

Team Collaboration:

• Help colleagues with tasks as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Assist in training new staff members and share knowledge to help them succeed
