• Team Central was an elite program that identified and recruited potential elites at a young age, from the six Olympiad gyms and other local programs.

Olympiad South was part of the seven gyms in the corporation. I was coaching in three of seven.

• South East Missouri State University and Olympiad Gymnastics joined to host week long camps for competitive gymnasts. The University provided dorms and equipment, while Team Central provided staff such as counselors and coaches, promotions and marketing. My job was to promote the camp to local gyms, promote internally to the Olympiads, develop the schedule, recruit staff, secure equipment for men, and coach the upper levels.

• The competition rapidly became the premier competition for the Midwest hosting all competitive levels including elite. I worked with the Olympic Training Center to bring the highest level to the competition.

• I was part of an international group of coaches that went to Dhahran to run a camp and update curriculum during their winter break in the late 80s and early 90s.

• My responsibilities included working with meet directors and other judging associations to facilitate exchanges of judges between regions, and assign judges to competitions appropriate to the judges’ level and apparatus specialty.

• I graduated from ITMI with our tour guide license and gave tours for Yosemite and San Francisco.

• I drove for fifteen years for Shoreline Unified School.

• From 2015-2018 I was Vice Chair to NCGJA, the governing body for Nor Cal judges. My job was to run the judges’ course. I was in charge of securing presenters and making sure that Nor Cal judges were properly prepared to judge their assignment and provide resources to prepare judges for all levels including Elite.

• From 2000 to 2012, I was the Vice Chair of NCBGA, which is the governing body of Nor Cal boys’ coaches. As a board member I worked with coaches and judges to make decisions for Nor Cal.
