Major Projects
Contingency Workforce Developed current VMS product with a small team on the Salesforce platform using existing objects and custom objects. The software was developed for Digital Experience for the client side and Sales Cloud for the administration side. My specific role was developing very sophisticated flows to handle dozens of contingency workforce workflows., Salesforce Enhancement Project Developed process from Lightning Flow to create Cases from a multi-select picklist of activities. Cases were action items from Tasks and Events based on interactions with clients. Created a related object to enhance the account coverage model. The object was built to rate the accounts based on multiple verticals and many salespeople. This object also interacted with a Mass Opportunity creation tool that I designed., Companywide Adoption Program - Using best practices from multiple sessions at Dreamforce 2014 I developed a six month Adoption Program. The project addressed issues with the Executives, VPs, Salespeople, Marketing and Product Managers. The program had 7 segments, Executive Sponsorship, Leveraging Chatter, Champions, Focus of WIIFM, Automation, Training and Salesforce Mobile App., Comprehensive Training Developed a training program using a Salesforce sandbox and video training. Using short videos to explain specific how to use specific modules. Created a sales scenario from first meeting to final sale with exercises to be completed in a training sandbox which was automatically marked using APEX code., Opportunity Creation Using Process builder I was able to create upcoming Opportunities based on the end date of signed contracts. Project helped save time for salespeople and also was crucial in building a pipeline for 12 months and beyond.
