Responsible for a team of over 35 technicians, communicating and enforcing the company policies and procedures , ensuring health and safety, and managing the day to day business to ensure the success of our company.


Payroll for the team.


Field drop ins and observations to view real time behaviors and work processes were followed.


Prime manager in Niagara for all field complaints and escalations from the Bell VP office


Accident and incident investigations completed jointly with union health and safety representative. completion of Lab 1070 forms where injury took place.


Workplace Health and safety Committee member for 905 West (Hamilton/Niagara) for 9 years. Working with union and management Health and safety with a min. of 10 meetings annually, to review all workplace inspections,past occurrences of injuries and incidents including motor vehicle accidents. Minute taker and completion of Lab 1058 reports for Government at years end.

Worked with corporate health and safety to develop applications related to the location of technicians.


2024, part of an Impact leadership team of managers to review and input our feedback to improve the company.


During Covid,was the Prime manager for our St Catharines work center to monitor,ensure compliance and minimize exposure to over 75 technicians. Prime manager for Compliance with inspections conducted by Region of Niagara Health dept.
