Project Coordinator
- Project coordinator for small scale subdivision design focusing on both on site activity and administrative duties
- Inspected on-site construction activities to ensure all work being completed was to the Town’s standards
- Ensured all road work construction were complete per the standards of OTM Book 7
- Reviewed and commented on municipal drawings and applications to ensure that all servicing and drainage requirements were properly marked and within specification
- Prepared and coordinated with other departments such as planning, legal, and finance
- Assisted with updating the Town’s Design Criteria Manual to meet current construction standards
- Investigated and responded to inquiries from developers, consultants, the public, and any other agencies involved
- Held and advised on-site health and safety meeting
- Represented the Engineering department in municipal meetings.
