At a very young age learned the value of working hard.
Family background many family members owned small supermarkets / corner markets. Also worked grandpa Charlies family dairy ranch. In junior high school my father started a party ice plant from ground up where we manufactured, and bagged ice on assembly line inside wi freezer, delivered to major grocery store chains and local wineries in Healdsburg CA, Sonoma and Marin counties. Operated forklifts, and delivery trucks, one of several jobs worked throughout high school, also various welding shops. After completing trade school and working for a local refrigeration shop went to work for Hussmann for several years then started J&D Service Co. with co-owner Jon Perry. We are still a team today working together at Climate Pros.
