At the frontline to assist Canadians in understanding legislation, procedures and processes in relation to Employment Insurance Benefits by conducting preliminary fact-finding. Assisted Citizen Services Branch with eService initiative in response to the post-pandemic recovery effort.

Responsible for leading the above-the-wing operation at Ottawa International Airport for WestJet and supervised a team of 30 Customer Services Agents. Responsible in planning daily operation and working with both internal and external stakeholders in ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
