• Processes transactions such as withdrawals, deposits and transfers within an account
• Issue, receive, and verify checks in accordance to policy and procedure regulations
• Coordinates and informs member of information in regards to payroll deposits
• Creates and maintains the distribution of payroll deposits
• Assist members with the automatic transfers of payroll deposits within the shares of the account
• Performs transactions within a member's retirement account such as the contributions and withdrawals within the account
• Creates and fills out documents for member retirement account transactions such as deposits or withdrawals within the retirement account
• Provide technical support for members in regards to online banking such as user profile and resetting password
• Verify forms of identification given needed before doing transaction

Cashier duties would include:

• Making sure all items are scanned at register
• Push Credit Card sales to reach team goals
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide customers with any information needed.

Shipment Associate duties would include:

• Receive shipment of product and prep for floor display
• Organize product in its specific department
• Fulfill online orders

Merchandise Associate duties would include:

• Plan floor layout
• Track audits on product before being put on floor display
• Input product in designated floor location according to floor layout

Inventory Associate Duties would include:

• Receive and prepare product
• Organize product in stockroom
• Fulfill online orders
• Maintain inventory count of product
• Fulfill audits of product count

Merchandise Associate Duties would include:

• Plan floor layout for new product
• Ensure product is in store appropriate condition before it is displayed
• Manage audit on product that is displayed out on floor

• Conducted price checks for special orders or discounts as requested by customers.
• Performed opening and closing procedures including counting cash drawers and preparing deposits.
• Helped customers find specific products, answered questions, and offered product advice.
• Stocked shelves with merchandise when needed.
• Performed other duties as assigned by management.
