I worked alongside other trades to complete construction of the LNG plant in Kitmat BC. I was a valued member of my team, completing tasks and mentoring my team, to install electrical systems according to site specs and prints.

while working with Kentz I was given medium voltage splicing training. With this training, I could install numerous Stress Cones, terminate vital pumps and motors, achieving important milestones for the project.

• Operated with safety and skill to avoid accidents and delays.
• Maintained daily, legible DOT log book and submitted corresponding documents.
• Utilized GPS and other navigation tools to plan routes and stay on schedule.
• Maximized load safety by balancing, securing, and weighing products.
• Completed regular inspections and maintenance actions, as well as basic equipment repairs, to keep equipment operating at peak levels.
• Complied with truck driving rules as well as company policies and procedures regarding safe vehicle operations.
• Inspected vehicle before and after trips and logged and reported mechanical problems to avoid unsafe hazards.

• My duties were to perform the electrical installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems and gas detection systems, at the CNRL horizon site
• We were required to complete each daily task safely and within budget.
• Used testing instruments such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, ammeters, and multimeters.
• Read and interpreted electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and electrical code specifications for wiring layouts.
• Performed routine and complex maintenance and repairs on various electrical equipment.
• Installed, maintained, repaired, and tested equipment for electricity generation and utilization.
• Troubleshot and repaired malfunctioning systems and components.

• Residential company with about 30% of the work being commercial and the rest was residential.
• My duties were to mentor and work beside apprentices to ensure correct trade practices were being followed and that the installation of electrical equipment was done correctly.
• Operated motor vehicle to perform assigned duties.
• Repaired or replaced wiring, equipment and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Installed 120/208 volt systems and 347/600 volt systems.

• My duties ranged from installing electrical equipment in residential homes to troubleshooting wiring problems in mechanical rooms and installing fire alarm systems in commercial buildings

• Developed my troubleshooting skills while working in an industrial plant. I worked with a lot of temporary power. I also troubleshot heat trace controllers, understanding the order of operation while repairing them.

• Worked on a major upgrade project at the CNRL Fort Saskatchewan refinery.
• This was a successfully ran project involving many trades working together in a safe and orderly manner
• I was able to work for a number of months as a sub foreman reporting directly to my General Foreman on a number of different aspects of the project. Ranging from cable pull, cable tray grounding and bonding as well as heat trace installs and troubleshooting

• I worked in the manufacturing of Pump Houses and E-Houses. Here I was involved in completing many successful projects doing them in a safe and organized manner.
• My most rewarding time there was when I was recognized for the hard work on a project that we completed. This insured more work for my employer from the client.
