-Operated and monitored all aspects of upstream processes including bitumen treating, water treatment and steam generation.

-Served as lead operator for the 2024 water treatment plant shutdown; created isolations and shutdown plans, coordinated permitting, and supervised contractors- Completed 11 days ahead of schedule with zero incidents.

-Executed multiple water plant shutdowns on short notice for emergency maintenance as well as for hot lime softener cleanings.

-Provided mentorship, training and support to operators; maintained high morale and led many productive, safety-oriented teams.

-Regularly created and performed LOTO plans, and supported commissioning of new equipment and processes.

-Performed part-time control room duties for over 2 years, monitoring facility operations, responding to alarms, and coordinating field and panel activities to maintain safe and efficient production.

Responsible for the health and and care of 160 head of cattle, the planting and harvesting of hundreds of acres of cash crop and the maintenance of farm machinery and infrastructure.

Assisted contractors with selecting construction materials, as well as loading and delivering materials within a strict time frame.
