February of 2023, I decided that i wanted to be making more money with the spare time that I had. so I started DAM Detailing with me and my two friends. last year over the summer we were pretty consistent and had many returning customers. one thing i felt that i was lacking was my customer service skills when I was communicating with the clients I had. i was working at Infiniti as a lot attendant before i got the opportunity to start in sales at Langley Toyota. i wanted to get some experience with customer service because I was a very awkward and shy person.
Since working there I've gained the confidence in myself to grown and become better everyday.
