Summary

Currently I have been responsible and reliable as the guy that gets its done and can be depended on, no matter what the task or responsibility. The diversity of the job requirements that are taken on has been an invaluable asset to the operation as a whole. I am willing and able to accomplish whatever is required from customer service and crop planning to the operation and maintenance of the main blending plant responsible for 85% of all delivered fertilizer. I am able to handle all situations from the soil sampling to the weed identification and spray recommendations. I am willing to perform whatever is required in order to excel.

In my previous job I started at the bottom and ascended up the ranks until I was an encouraging manager and analytical problem-solver with a talent for team building, leading and motivating, as well as customer relations awareness and relationship-building skills. Dedicated to applying training, monitoring and morale-building abilities to enhance employee engagement and boost performance.

I am looking for an opportunity to utilize all of the skills and relationship abilities that I have gained over my years of experience in a broad range of industry in order to properly challenge myself in an environment where I can put my talents to use were both myself and my employer can benefit.
