  • I managed to drive it down from 21 in week 40 to 4 in week 42 by coordinating with HR and other AMs on the shift
  • During Handover from the previous manager SLI was 18% in November which I was able to bring down to 13 % and expecting below 10% in next update in January
  • LBI was also 4.0 which has been in upward trend and sits 4.4
  • I also was able to launch Receive school in April,2022 due to high dpmo in receive
  • I did not achieve the result I was hoping for but there is still improvement as Our DPMO has dropped from 24k to 22k
  • Also, there are certain weeks where we have been able to stay under 20k
  • Downtime caused by cardboard jams has been in downtrend continuously every week, started from 7 hours of downtime per week down to 4 hours per week as of last week
  • Totes etiquette has also been improved as complains from stow has been reduced in single digits
  • Blockages because of flipped totes due to uneven distribution went from 4hrs to 45 mins per week
  • These are still great improvement in the line of cost effectiveness and fluent workflow.
