In addition to a successful 20-year career as an Air Traffic Controller, working at some of the most challenging airports in Western Canada:
- Development of a successful iPhone app based on my experience called Skytroller.
- Founded an award winning and record-breaking Domino's Pizza franchise store that remains one of the most successful in Canada to this day.
- Established a very successful business as a Financial Planner for Investors Group in Yellowknife, NWT.
- Created the WindSentinel off-shore wind assessment platform that replaced the need for a multi-million dollar fixed platform with a million dollar relocatable floating device.
- Co-founded WUTIF Capital (VCC) Inc. resulting in 10X returns on seed-capital investments including quantum computing industry leader D-Wave and a potential leader in the future of energy, General Fusion.
Current activities include:
- Collaboration on a Public-Private Partnership for regional water & wastewater treatment infrastructure, with local and provincial government, and an international investment bank.
- Working with local First Nations to create a restorative agricultural demonstration facility.
- Feasibility studies to address the need for sustainable disposal of expired wind and solar energy assets.
- Researching an opportunity to repurpose orphaned wells for renewable energy storage.
