While volunteering at REINS over the last two years, I have enjoyed supporting disabled riders during their therapy sessions
I provide support both physically and emotionally by ensuring their safety and building supportive relationships
I am also responsible for leading the horses, while grooming and preparing them for each lesson

Dance has been beneficial for me as it has become a great way to express myself. I have not only benefited from the physical activity, but the memorization of choreography as well.
