Along the years working as tour guide in Cuba I had the opportunity to improve skills and abilities in the languages( English and Italian) It was a great opportunity to built personal relationships with guests to promote cultural backgrounds and positive experiences. I offered tours based on their interests in order to increase costumers satisfaction through attentive listening and personalized tours. It was an amazing time on my professional career because I had the chance to travel around the island and show the marvelous culture and costumes of Cuba. I learned how to interact with people from different cultures which I think was an important point.

I also worked as receptionist at the resorts in Varadero beach. During this job I provided excellent costumer service during interaction such as answering questions via email or phone calls. Provided suggestions and recommendations for activities, restaurants and accommodations to keep customers entertained all the time.

Always I focused my job establishing positive relationships with the customers through fun and engaging conversation.
