Beyond my curatorial work, I am an accomplished fundraiser and strategist. I successfully led a non-profit organization to achieve top-tier Canada Council CKS funding, demonstrating a deep understanding of the fiscal requirements necessary to sustain Indigenous-led arts initiatives.
A committed voice in the field, I have authored over 20 critical essays since 2001 and have been recognized with prestigious honors, including the Hnatyshyn Award, Manitoba Arts Council, and Emily Carr University. My expertise is frequently sought after as an invited speaker and as a regular adjudicator for civic, provincial, and federal funding bodies, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the arts ecosystem at every level
